Any Suggestions On How To Stitch Or Repair Crack Fenders?

Yeah, buy new ones (unless they're not available). I really don't mean to be a prick either - I just think it makes your bike look like crap.

Well you could drill a hole on each side of the crack then put a zip tie in the holes not sure how far i would space them out maybe about a inch or so.

Drill 1/8th inch holes every 1/2 inch along the crack, about a 1/4 inch from the crack itself. Use small NYLON (not the cheapo dollar store plastic ones) zipties to fasten it all together. Remember to put the buckle on the underside of the fender.

and if you can, get them to sorta match, if not white ones look ok...

Use 14lb monofilament fishing line. They even make in RED now.

I use stainless steel 18 guage wire and sinch it (twist) on the underside. It never breaks, rusts or comes undone. Plus it's shiney. Gives that "Frankenstein" look though.

and if its really weak, you can put a piece of plumbers tape on the bottom side to give it some more support. drill your holes to match the holes in the strip. just remember that this is a "patch", not really a good alternative to new plastic.

Nope...i put small holes & i use small zip ties, Tied UNDER, No on the top.
looks good & i think it will last
