452x took some pictures of these parts lists for the quad conversion kits he had. I'm providing them here thanks to him and for other people who have the kits and might need parts.

Thanks to 452x we now have a copy of the Astro Kit brochure. I was able to put it all in one PDF file. You will need acrobat reader for this. Here is the link to the file:

Thanks

I would be more interest in a kit to turn a quad into a trike. My buddy has a 250SX converted to a 4-wheeler and want to go back to 3, anyone want this kit? Probably swap for a good 3-wheeler front end.

You know the 250R and the tecate look pretty good with the conversions. The rest are ugly. Was this company better than the other ones or were they all the same?

I found a 350x witht the conversion, but the dud is awfully flaky and never returns phone calls, even when you drove for a 1/2 hour to meet him, MF

I called the company that made the Astro kit and I did not get a warm response. The guy was very rude and let me know they destroyed all the tooling and equipment so no one else would make the kits. That being said, does any one have information on how I could get a get?

Well I called about 1 week ago and spoke to a lday and she was full of answers. No they dont make them anymore and all the have is some parts left. Plastics are stock trx250r from maier modified. Maier was almost the entire reason they stopped making the kits. They were ordering the Plastics 100 at a time. They said either buy 500 at a time or none at all. So basically they took none.

BTW the only things truly unique were the frames and a-arms. She said everything else was basically takes offs of other bikes, brakes, tie rods etc...

True, they are not musc too look at. but the Quad Z rides so damn nice. I do like quads, and I love the Tri-Z. So if I can have both in one I would like to do so. I doubt I would take a good trike and perfomr the conversion, but I would not mind having one already made.
