My friend has a carb problem on his 6 hp tecumseh. It seems the gas is spraying into the air box, and not where its supposed to be going, the plug is completely dry. I figure it must be the jets or maybe a stuck float, but I'm not sure. Apparently it was not running for about a year. A friend of his took the carb apart, and said that it was probably a float, but I wasnt there to see anything. Can he buy a carb kit for it somewhere, or will a carb off a quad or trike fit? if so which bikes?
