40 seems fair. The 2 places I use are 45 and 50.

waht should i do take the motor oput and up there or the whole bike??? should i just do a complete resto. on it??

Yeah, just take the jug up there. Just make sure you have the piston with you also. Because they have to have the piston to get it just right. Just thought I would tell you this and save you a trip back home,lol. My Kawi dealer charged me $60 to bore my zinger.
