Depending on how bad the incident was (If money was kept and parts were never delivered, parts delivered, but never any money, ect. The person may be banned permanently from the forums. Each case is different though and they are dealt with on an individual basis.

what if someone sold someone a part and it was shipped to him and he said that part was no good. and so he wanted his money back and one person didn't give his money back. what would happend about that.
