After a 38 mile "workout" with the ALT125 on Saturday's Rumble on the Ridge, we decided to race on Monday. I always run the TriZ at this race. After a long rain Sunday night, the track was wet and slick, but most of the slop on top was gone by my moto. It did get heavily rutted. Track conditions were great for a trike, and I managed to pull 5th out of 6, but this time 3rd and 4th were just in front of me with me breathing down their necks the whole race. Its nice when track conditions make it more competitive. TimJr was pulling first on his E-Ton, toasting a class full of TRX90's, with only a Polaris 90 giving him any real competition, and then he had problems, and the quad kept dying from a gas flow problem. It was sad, because he had raced so well, and he ended up 10th out of eleven. Fixing it before Trikefest is one of tonight's projects.
