What Is Bid_pay??

can someone help me out here??? i am unfamiliar with bid_pay. i have used paypal many times , but what is this bid pay? anybody?? thanks,

I thinks its very similar to PayPal. Not nearly as common and not owned by ebay. Probably will get the same job done, might even be better?
