Nope, never seen it before. Looks like an unusual swinger to me.... the sproket and brake are on the inside, and inversed...

it is carbon fiber, and it is made in the usa by a very unique company that has since stopped producing atv's. This is the only surviving prototype of its kind. and is on my newest purchase...the 04 cannondale moto 440 prototype
