Its not legal to run a dirt bike motor, or a manual clutch in most mini quad classes, so neither this quad nor a mini Tecate would be legal. The only exception is that some tracks run a "Super Mini" quad class which is pretty much anything goes, but its usually an ad lib created class so that a kid who shows up can still run his illegal quad and not be scored against the legal ones.
