Need some picture help

I wanted to get some custom stickers made but they need line art and I dont know what that is...

I can do them for you, but I need to have Adobe or Corel, or some type of Line art.....JPEG...BMP...Tiff....does not work...

I was forwarded your e-mail from the stickers exchange...I do most of their smaller orders for them...

I dont know how to do this so I asked if they could do it for me.

IF we need to regererate this artwork we have a art charge of $20.00 each.

Th finished sticker is less than $5.00.

It is the artwork charge that puts the prices up for you.

I thought $20?!?!? I asked what the file extension was so I could maybe do it myself.

The file extension is .EPS, but it has to be drawn in a file the creates eps....simply changing the extension does not convert the artwork.

Most professional programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw use line art, most cheaper art programs do not.

Note: If you have friends that possibly do art for a living they will know.....just let them know I need line art.
