The was i see it is that, yeh sure he should have asked permission or even just taken a picture of his bike, but someone might see the poicture and see the 3wheelerworld.hotsetups.com thing and come and join the forum! The more the merrier.

He probably didn't "steal" the pic directly from this site. I've went to Google before and typed in Honda ATC and a bunch of pictures from 3WW came up. I'd say thats what he did.
