I've seen that before. Some of the immigrant workers aroun here did the front brakes on their landscaping truck and put 1 pad in backwards. Looked just like the picture but it came off a 3/4 ton truck.

I bet that moron went into the local pep boys and demanded his lifetime warranty not only on the pads but FREE replacement of the rotor since it was 'their' fault they they wore it down that bad. I've seen one like that too. I thought it was the gear that goes to the tail rotor of a helicopter or something.
