I just noticed the funky hand shifter. Does it get in the way? I've never seen one of those. I'd be afraid it'd get caught on a vine and bend my shifter.

Also, I highly recommend changing to some YZ style handlebars. I haven't done much to mine, but I needed some new bars and got my YZ ones for cheap and they've been awesome. They've greatly improved my tight maneuvering. But be careful because they are a bit wider than stock. Trees get in the way. And they are also shorter so you may not like them if you're a tall guy. I'm 5'8, just as a reference point.

8) Walmart $8.88 thought I would try it. It does hit my leg, but I will leave it for now. You like the woodyflage huh. I will paint any ATV for $99.95 :D The thing was faded bad and I will use it for hunting, so what the hell. I guess 12 years in the Army paid off. Joaquin is not that far looks like about 60 miles or so maybe closer. Keep me posted. I changed the swingarm bearings today. Not fun, but I learned a thing or two, next time will be a breeze. and I got a clymer manual. Wife not happy about the $$, but it is running and I am riding so what the heck, right. Talk at ya soon, Kevin

Not too bad, for a sport-ute crossover.

I will slowly make improvements. I am about 6'1 so maybe. I am just glad to finally have one. I am 36 and never owed an ATV till now. I have had a couple of bikes, but I like this much better. Good air, I am too scared, old people don't heal.

She powerslides pretty well too, but it'd be better if I had some holeshots instead of the same knobbies that you do. But the knobbies are better for the deer lease!

I wouldn't trust tires from there if I was out in the woods on a trike. I just wouldn't. Those knobbies you have are great for all around use, unless they're too worn down. I'd go to the Mx shop or catch some on ebay if you don't mind them being lightly used or whatever. They always have good deals on tires.

I don't know what brand they had, but may have been Carlisle I will check when there. My rubber is good though so it will be a while before I change. Unless I bury it to the bars this weekend in the remnants of Hurricane Lilli. But I doubt it. I will try to get some pics with it out of the truck.

found another 3 wheeler. '83 Yamaha 200, one owner with title, no smoke, hand crank only, with rack. I got him to 400.00. It would be for my cousin. the rear axle has tiny bend on the left tire, but no seal leaks or bearing problems. This sound like a good deal. All plastic etc is there.

How far west. I was in Wichita Falls for almost a year. I like it okay. My sister lives in Buffalo Gap, but never been there yet. I am originally from Hubbard (east of Waco), but now in Waskom, TX. I like the piney woods. :?:

I live in Weatherford.

My bro and his family lived in Wichita Falls for 4 years (Air Force). My family and I used to go up and visit several times a year. I like the town ok. They are over seas now, I guess I haven't been to wichita but once in the last two and a half years. Last time I went they had finally finished that elevated highway through town. it was neat to see becaus they were building it while my bro and them lived there.

I've been to buffalo gap a few times but it's been quite a while. I was raised a little further west, not far from Abilene, know the area real well.

Never been to Waskom and only been to Waco a couple times. Watched the Baylor Bears play once many years ago.
