With it being that high it would need much bigger tires to stop it from rolling I'd think.

the front wheels need some adjustments...they look a little bit bent in towards the bottom. that would be hard to ride because it would always want to tip

those wheels are meant to be inward like that, sand karts and the like use it. thats a kit offered by a company called gorilla axle www.gorilla-axle.com
