Raptor shock adjustment

For those of you that have one I need some help, this is about a 2001 non-piggyback shock. How do you adjust the stiffness of the shock, I need it to be firmer. Thanks

I'm sure you'll get help here on this topic but if you want a faster responce I highly recomend http://www.bluetraxx.com/phpBB/index.php . These guys are yamaha nuts and a lot of guys know their stuff. Good luck.
