Hey yall,

I just got a 'Largon Chameleon Mega' Digital Camera and I dont have a frickin' clue how to attach photos to a post! I would also like to put a picture in my 'Avatar' spot but when I tried to put one in it said my file was to big. It said it will take a max size picture of 200 megapixels but mine was 285 so it wouldn't put it in the avatar. I'm wondering why is a simple picture of my guitar and amp set-up to big but yet other people on here have avatar's that move or have blinking eye's and such. Wouldn't that take more megapixels than a simple picture? The avatar is really not priority, I would just like to know how to take a picture and attach it to my post so I could show off my trike's now and then or help people out by using a picture to explain something. I know you guy's are probably sick of helping out 'computer illiterate' people like me but the help would be greatly appreciated if you could. I can take pictures on the camera and plug it in to my USB port and download them into the 'My Document's' file. Inside this file I have another file called 'Toy Pictures' that I'm going to put three-wheeler and associated picture's in. I can successfully put the picture's in the file and look at them, I just don't know how to attach them to a post. It's 1.3 megapixel's, I don't know if this is good or bad, but you can also use it as a webcam or take pictures and show them on a big T.V. screen and you can take short video's like 4 minute's or something. Sorry about the long post, I'm just trying to include as much info as possible to help you help me! :D Thank's for any who reply. atczack

I figured out how to attach a digital picture to a normal e-mail to somebody, but I still don't know how to attach a digital picture to a post on this website, or any other for that matter. I also can't figure out how to P.M. somebody at this site with pics attached. I have read the instruction's through and through, and they don't mention anything about it. Well, I'm working O.T. tomorrow, I'll try to figure it out when I get home from work. Thank's to anybody who can help. atczack.

288 is to big, it must be smaller, I believe less then 90 KB (not sure)
Here is a link from the FAQ about resizing your pics.

jepg (.jpg for short) is the file extension, or format. 288kb is to large to post on the forum. If you haven't read it already, go here: http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/announcement.php?f=6&announcementid=4 and follow those instructions on resizing it so it'll fit. Once you've got that done, when your posting a message, click the "Go Adanved" buttong (If your using quick reply, and then under the box where you type is another button called manage attachments click that and a new window will popup with 6 fields, click the open button next to one of them, and then it'll bring up your computer Harddrive. Find where you picture is, select it, hit ok. At the bottom of that window is an upload button, hit that, wait a few minutes, and then go hit the post button.

I upped the attachment size limit a while back, but I can't remember what it is exactly now :p I think it was a little over 200kb.

Ah screw it man, I cant figure it out. Ive tried to download the "free" irfrin thing but it wants to charge me. And it made me download a spyware thing too. I will have to get my brother or stepdad to sit down with my dumb*** next time they are over and figure it out for me and explain it to me in laymen's term's! A special thank's goes out to wickedfinger, Maine Triker and HondaATC for trying to help. ;)

Anybody know why the pics won't enlarge when you click on them after I've posted them? Thank's for your patience.

Try resizing it to a larger number then 100x100, like 250x250 or so.

'83 and '85 200x

I got the '83 for $200 and helping somebody clean out a shed!
The '85 was sitting in front of a Gas Station in Gainesville for $400. I went to the A.T.M. machine in the gas station and got the money out and bought it!

If your going to use a picture to attach, usually you dont even need to resize it unless you got a high dollar camera. Just open it, and then save it as a .jpg and it should work.
