i know what you mean. Everytime I find something I want it is always on the other die of the damn country. We have two zinger now and only one ten week old, but I am still trying to find him a good looking ride that does not need a full restoration.

Same here my kids are 8 and 11 and I really dont like cutting them loose on my 200m I am scare if they turn it over it will hurt em its pretty heavy compared to a 60 or 70 or somthing like that.

The fall will toughen them up. The trike on the other hand, will not heal up. ;) Have you though about something like a Honda 125 or a YT 125. Those are pretty light weight. My nephew took a spill on a YT 175 I use to own and he was able to lift it off of him. We was eight at the time and not a very strong eight year old.

i was watching that bike myself it is only a few miles away. when i emailed him,he wanted to sell it for $550. i didnt want to spend more then $200 myself. it didnt go for much more then that but i set a price for myslef and stick with it.i will get one sooner or later. i have a honda 70 for now. i will fix that up someday. i just wanted a zinger to match my Z lol there is one in the local paper here too but they want $550 for that one too. i didnt call but it wouldnt surprise me if it is the same one just gotta watch ebay and the papers to find

I'm tracking. I know exactly what you mean. i sugeseted those trikes because I see them sell cheap, and I know a child should be able to handle them. I wish I had never gotten rid of that YT 175 I had. i am on the hunt for a YT 125 so when my son out grows his Zinger he can step up to the YT.

At the rate I am going I will never see brand new anything. That's okay though, my son is worth it. ;)

I agree completely. I just finished paying off 5000 dollars worth of braces in my girls mouth and it was a better investment than any atv or truck or boat. Thay are only kids once

Not mine. I told mine he is not allowed to get any bigger. it would be nice if you would learn to change his own diaper though. ;)

I paid $500 for my kids zinger in '01 and it was worth every penny. He loves it. He is 5 now and rides like a real champ. I hope to bring him to TF this year.

Oh I hear you. Yamaha trikes are damn near extinct around here as well. Hell any three wheeler is not going to ba an easy found around these parts. But, when I do see a YT weather on ebay or for sale localy, they are pretty cheap. I hear it is because most people think they are ugly. Imagine such a thing.

There is a suzuki 50cc trike in the paper here (it has been for around 1/2 a year) but they wan't $950 (canadian) for it. If I was a father I admit I would but it for my kids, nothing beats that ear to ear smile you see on your little guy or girl when they are first putting around! Ahh it brings joy to me just thinking about it! I love the little ones. I'm gonna be a speed demon Dad when I have kids!

it is funny you say that. My boy can not even hold himself up yet and I have damn near worn out the brand new engine on his Zinger. I can power slide that little thing even with my 195 LBS.
