I was venturing around with installing fedora linux last night and I got things allllll messed up. So I dunno, I might not be around much while I'm trying to get it figured out.

Just don't mess up the 3wheelerworld archives OK?? :D

BTW - I'm scanning a bunch of my rarities to send off to you or bring to Trikefest, whatever comes first!

Good Luck with your Puter!

Oops I didn't even realised I posted this in trikesylvania. I'll move it to the open forum. I'm on my moms office computer now doign some research on trying to figure out a way on how to save 200+GB of stuff (3WW pictures, html pages, concept art, logos, emais, ect ect ect) not to mention my 20GB MP3 music collection and all the other personal stuff. It will seriously suck if I have to format all 4 hard drives to get things to work again.

Scrogged is slang for "screwed" (In lesser words, heh) and since I am the one that attributed soley to the computer malfunctioning, I scrogged it hehe.

Well I'm kinda up and going again. LAst night I had reinstalled windows on one of my other 120GB seagate hard drives I use as storage, then I rebooted a few times after installing drivers/window updates and it wouldn't boot. So then I spent half the afternoon trying to get windows to install on a RAID array and it wouldn't go. I'm about half way through the windows updates (Not including service pack 2). I'm also recovering all my stuff stored in my old user account folder from the previous windows installation (I was locked out of it and coudln't access my email databases or anything). So I'm working on all of that now, still have to reinstall all my old programs and stuff. Better then having to format though I guess.

Why dont you just get another computer and set it up as a server? That way you can store all your "important" stuff on it? Linux is a very powerful operating system, Gotta be very careful with it. :D

Na I think I'm gonna be a Bill Gates enthusiast from now on...I tried linux one other time before this and it didn't turn out well then either. Just not for me I guess :p
