How many of you guys fish? I'm not really trying to outdo the cal. gov. yet so I just do say around 60-140 lbs for all this stuff. Just trying not to weigh those 425 lbs so I can still ride my 3 weeler without the aid of pilot cars and be able to find it when I get off. BTW, do you guys use mostly freeweights or machines?

weight 165-- should be more like 140
height 65"
age 32 until April.

Naw! I'm just saying that the weights look a lot smaller until you actually use them. Then, they weigh a ton. I don't repeat gossip......so, listen carefully. ;)

The only machines i use is for leg curls, lat pulldowns and rows, and cable crossovers.

Used to lift years ago in Aussie in the non tested !!!

Bench 430 ( with bench shirt)

Squat 700

Deadlft 780

These lifts were when l was at my best 10 years ago they were all assisted with some good old testosterone !!!!!

Oh my weight then 280 at 6'3...

Good luck with the lifting mate stick with it nothing better than being BIG and STRONG..........

I lift frequently, I do less powerlifting and a whole lot more mid range weight high rep lifting.
Heres stats from last time I showed off to the girlies at the snazzy school gym:
Bench-165- 10 reps
leg press- whole stack (around 700 lbs) 10 reps
curl- 50 lbs- 5 reps
wrist curl- 50 lbs 10 reps.
cant remember the rest but its similar in proportion.

I'm 15 6'2 185 lbs with lots of good old fashioned testosterone and no fake steroid junk.

I dont have enough weights at home to power lift but I got 180 Lb for bench and 180 for curls (I use the bench press bar.)

Bench - 180lb (15 reps)
Dead lift - I try not to get hernias
Power Clean - I dread house work
Curl - 50lb (5 reps then I switch back and fourth between arms durring commercials)
Dips - ummm I went through 8 on my last ride)

Weight - 250lb (the glazing over of the keg continues)
Height - 5' 10"
Age - 16
