i dont do it professionaly. im good on the box. need to figure out how to carpet beter(it looks good n all but not to my standards) its celan as hell the subs for his **** come on wed we got the amp wired n everythign.

I got one of them big 'ol 300 watt $15 speakers from Wal~Mart and dang 'ol dont you go putting in a 200 Watt AMP because them blow up pretty easily.

I have 2 12 inch kenwood tornadoes, a rockford fostgate 500s AMP, and a DEH-P6400 head unit in my '93 f-150. Dont sound too bad. :naughty:

i used to be into it,,,hit 138.3 dB with 2 12's and 140W (RMS),,,taking your time and experimenting with what box size pays off,,,did several installs during college for friends, no time or interest to mess with it now, spend too much time already tinkering with the ATV's,,,still hanging on to some stuff that i need to get rid of,,,later

I have a fair system in my truck. I have a Nakamichi CD45 cd player, 6 1/2" Soundstream Perfect component speakers and crossovers powered by a MTX 100x2 amp. I have 2 12" Boston Competitor subs powered by a Planet Audio 800 watt amp. It won't blow out the windshield but it has good sound quality.

2 12 punch HE fosgate compition subs with 6 1/2 fosgate fronts and 6/9s in back .. also fosgates. bluaplunt deck and a 1200 wat fosgate amp for the 2 subs .. in a cealed custom box ... kicks pretty good in my little accord

i have 2 MTX 12's in the expedition with a kenwood exelon amp a kenwood cassette player and 10 disc cd changer sounds pretty good . i want to get 15's but id have to remove the third row seating to fit the speaker box

Pioneer CD Head Unit, Orion 150, pair of Infinity 6x9s, a single 12"Kicker and a pair of Bose 5"/1" components up front...the sub is gettin REAL loose, still sounds ok.

Just popped a small 10" with a Sony CD and a 150 amp in the back of my Wife's Xterra...not too bad, but had to be a small package so as not to take up too much space. Couple guys here rode in it, not real loud, but sounds nice. Most important thing is THE WIFE LIKES IT!
