I had one of those once. I have since upgraded to gas now. I currently have a Nitro MT. Here are a few pics of it.

cool truck, i would of gone nitro but there size and sound put me off. i will mainly be using this thing in my house and in the backyard, so nitro really wasnt an option, the price was also a major turn off. did you like the mini t and did you do any mods.

Don't let Scott kid you. He has a couple R/C 3 wheelers also. I have a couple also, but not nearly as many as Scott. ;)

Nitros are a pain in the arse. I've had a few of them over the past 10 years. I currently own a 1/8th scale Ofna Blazer SST. Nitros are temperamental and the power continually breaks parts. Not to mention * gotta mess with the fuel all the time, setting the carb blahhhh.. I also have to electric models a buggy and a stadium truck.. I fiind myself using the electrics alot more then the gas. Electrics are alot less hassle, no tuning, no mess, just a 15 minute charge and go... Batteries are a hassle too, but not more so then fuel... And a well modified electric can hang with a nitro... Mods are much less costly for a electric too...

Ive got a few
Traxxas E-Maxx, soon to be solid axel crawler.
HPI Nitro MT like scott has
Kyosho Mini-Z Overland built up for crawling but not currently running (gotta solder a motor wire and send it in for some electronic work to let me run the tires I have)
I have a Tamiya Mad Fighter buggy but its dead.
And a Mini Giant in parts

I was looking at a T-MAXX Nitro a couple years ago...but the $500 price tag, and $30 for a quart of gas convinced me otherwise. Not to mention all the glow plugs, starters, or plastic, a-arms, ect...that can break when wrecked.

Ah, the mini-T. Great buy! I have one also. I used to have a T-maxx and I had just over a grand into it and sold it recently for 400. I agree that nitro can be a pain in the rear but if you get a good engine like a OS or a Sirio they hold a tune great. My mini was going to remain in the condition I purchased it in, relatively stock but that has changed of course. It has a Orion baja motor, all aluminum a-arms and c hubs. All the stuff that will eventually break. It has the oil shocks on it also and soon to come the ball diff. The thing that I love about it is that if it breaks it costs like $3 to fix it if it breaks at all. I am telling you though buy the oil shocks for it they make a world of difference.
