I got this idea to pick a ebay trike up for bids, guess how much it will go for, contribute the set fee (3-5 bucks or whatever) and whoever comes the closest, wins the pot! :D

You could have everyone put their 3-5 dollars in a paypal account. That way their bet wouldnt be valid unil they paid.

But I don't think it will work anyway.
