I have never really delt with any quads but if it anything like taking a bearing out of a 3wheeler whether it the swingarm or front end, just slowly tap on it with long drift punch, move the punch around the bearing in a circle so it comes out evenly. if it feels like its stuck and wont move at all heat it up with a torch and it should pop out then. for installation clean the bearing race up real good and apply a little bit of grease to the bearing race, it helps the bearing slide in a lot easier. now take the old bearing if it didnt get destroyed and use a bench grinder to grind the outside down so it will fit inside the bearing race with out being pinched in there, should be able to put it in and take it out with your fingers. put the new bearing in the hub with just finger pressure and take a block of wood and lay it on the bearing, slowly and easily tap on the wood with a hammer to drive the bearing into the hub. when the bearing is flush with the hub use the the bearing that you ground down to finish driving the bearing in the rest of the way. now apply some grease to the seal and it should push in with just your fingers and your done
