New Old Stock. It is brand new OEM parts in the package that are no longer in production.

Yes, new old stock, but when it comes to the laughing gas, it is the initials of one of, if not the largest automotive nitrous supply companies, Nitrous Oxide Systems. The gas itself is N2O.
