200x tow hitch?

This hitch is on ebay for a honda 200x, what do yall think about it? Its homeade. It supposedly bolts right on no drilling or welding! I couldnt tell you if its homemade or not (although it does appear to be). As for the 200X being able to pull, dont count it out, They will pull items fairly well, there just not really made for it
