How do you post a pic by your nick name? do you have to have so many replys before you can have one? Whats the deal??

Nah, just click on the button saying "Profile" at the top of this page and then when that page comes up go to the bottom and it says Avatar, you can upload an image from a web server or upload from your computer, just make sure its small enough.
