Looks like a Westcoast to me, but can't be sure:

Whatever it is, it's a good one........Even has adjustable shock mounting points!

Definitely not a Westcoast or Dico. Must be some other brand. It's pretty cool that all these oldschool parts are coming out of the woodwork.
