I"m about to loooooooose it. :crazy:
I've spent the last 3 hours trying to get my " Digital " Cable to work.. to no avail, spoke to abot 20 people in that god awful call centre of theirs...
Every time i call in, i am told the serial number for my terminal has not been entered into my " File " ..and that they are doing it immediately.
Bas@!#$^@#$^%^ can't get it right.. one agent tells me it going to be 5 minutes.. the other one tells me a few hours.. the " Supervisor " i asked to be transfered to told me it would be 5 minutes..
I took the names of all the agents i've talked to so far.. and not one of them recorded our conversation............
" Anthony " the supervisor basically told me he could not do anything about it. I told him i would call back in 30 minutes if i had no cable and that i would be pissed.
I'm giving it another 30 minutes and i'm cancelling my subscription. :twisted:
