Looks like more show then go, I would question the compression capabilities of a 12V fan.

Would it not need to have some kind of way to adjust the fuel delivery under pressured air intake ?

Might have a place in Griggs Stratton type engines.... but that is funny !

i thought turbo chargers worked off exaust and superchargers worked with the fuel?

turbo chargers are exhaust gas driven and super chargers a belt driven.
