Got A 200X Today!!!!!!!!!!!

i found a real nice 84 200X last week and i got it today!
i spent the last 3 hours riding it around at dads farm,man these things fly....what fun!!
it needs the tank painted and new decals but thats it.
it has all new tires,new k&n air filter,new brakes front and rear,new spark plug,new front fender.it even came with a full tank of gas and a fresh oil change.
i love it,i just wish i wouldn't have waited so long to get one lol.

That is a nice 200X you got there. I have a few questions, though. What kidn of exhuast is that? What kind of forks are those? For some reason, they look like Z forks. I doubt they are though.
But nice score. If you don't mind me asking, how much did that set you back?

i am sory i don't know what the exhaust or forks are.i thaught the forks were stock :wondering the exhaust dosn't say anything i don't think but i will look again.
i got it for $800.00.

I'm not sure. They're either black Z forks, or painted stock forks..

yea he wanted $850.00 i got him down a bit.i checked the exhaust and it dosn't say anything on it.it dose sound pretty good though.i will have to check into those forks.

I saw that x a while back because I remember the backward decals :lol:

You need a rear skid plate too ya know. I think the pipe is stock but it may not have the baffle in it? Something doesn't look right back there but pic is too blurry to tell.

All in all though seems like a good catch! :beer

Wow im just now realizing how good of buy i got on mine! I got mine all original right down to all the stickers and the tool box for $500.

i think its a good deal and a nice clean trike i was just out riding my 84 x today. the exhast doesnt really look like a stock one to me because the stock pipes are have a wierd shape to them not round like his. either way nice trike

yea i plan to get both those things,is that the stock tailight on that 250X?
now i need to paint the gastank,i was trying to peel the stickers because they are bacwards and ended up taking paint with the sticker.....ARGHHH!
oh well,just another thing to do,i love this thing:D
