I sent a buyer a package to canada, tommoro will be a month ago. The buyer is telling me that he has not recived the package, I didnt send it UPS so there isnt a tracking number on the package. I sent him a copy of the shipping label and recipt showing that i did send it. I do not want to get any negative feedback over this ordeal but i am not going to just send him another setup of parts like he bought for free. I havent made any suggestions to him other than I would like for the deal to be good. Anyone have any idea on how to get this settled?

1 month is alot.. but don't gieve up yet.
It can take longer depending on what customs decides to do.
Was the label very well attached to the box.. any chance it got off.. ?
Was the address receiver/ or sender.. written on the box with markers ? (* always do this )
Call canada post. and after x amount of days, they can open a search depending on a few things...

What you need to do is take your recipts to the post office and have them do a check on it. They have a tracking system that they can use for most packages. This system is deluxe but only they have access to it. ;)
I had a package once that took 6 1/2 weeks to get to Canada. I used the cheapest method and regreted it. If you shipped via the cheapest route then the delay is normal.
FYI, The USPS web site shows 4-6 weeks for the cheapest method of shipping.

Yeah, went the cheapest route, I definatly wont be doing that again. I guess I will round up all the papers and make a run down there. I even had the place where i shipped it make me a copy of the shipping label

yeha you sent to ground to Canada... not good, always send it air .. when they say 4-6 weeks, they mean it.. they aren't in a hurry.... let your buyer know you sent it that way and tell him it can take up to 6 weeks.. once the 6 weeks are up, then worry.
