What is wrong with my Kitty Cat?

When I attempt to turn the bars to the left, the skis move about 3 inches (at the tips). When I turn to the right, they move about 7 inches at the tips. Whats wrong and how do I fix it?

look under the hood, down the steering stem, there should be like 2 tie-rods with nuts, my guess is one of them is adjusted way far in and causing the tight turn on the 1 side.

Actually theres only one tierod, on the right, because the clutch and brake are located on the left, and theres no room for a tie rod. How do I adjust them? There are two threaded ends on it, and there are nuts on those threaded ends. The nuts appear to be locknut type things, and I cant figure out how to actually turn the rod itself. Thanks for the help though.

Make sure there is nothing in the belly pan, stopping it from turning all the way. Had it happen on my brother in laws zr 600. when he bought it there was no problem, but once in a while it wouldn't turn all the way to the right, there was an old plug laying and bouncing around in there and sometimes would go between the linkage and stop it from turning.

wanta250r, har har. MNRebel its actually a 60cc 2stroke fancooled. Oddball3 thanks for the info but there isnt anything in the way, its just... weird. I think the bars might be bent...
