Anyone own these?

I have heard great things about the Ozark, and I know the 2 share the same motor, gearbox, and frame. However, there are a lot of aftermarket parts for the Z250 and not as much for the Ozark. I am going to get something for the wife, and she likes the looks of the sport quad, but likes an auto-clutch and I like the idea of the shaft drive - the Z250 has both. The Ozark is more a utility looking quad, but both are comfortable. I rode both, and was pretty darn impressed. That little 250 motor will go! Just wondering if anyone has experience with the 2.

Any thoughts? Thanks-----------

Love 'em both!
One is a 2002 we've had for a while, the other is a brand new 2004 (left over) we just picked up (see link below).
They're incredible trail machines.
Quiet, easy to operate and climb like mountain goats.
Amazingly stable with excellent ground clearance.
My wife absolutely loves 'em.
HIGHLY recommended quad.

Don't worry about the accessories availability:
Pro Circuit offers a bolt-on muffler, there are several jet kits available as well as filters and such. All those are supposed to make a HUGE difference.
Of course there are a mess of tire/wheel packages you can get.

Shop around....there are awesome deals on Ozarks out there.
Here is the place in MO where I bought mine and their pricing:

We've bought three quads from them so far and they're excellent people with awesome prices.

Best of luck!

I think that you should go with the LTZ 250 meaning the Quadsport. Theyre both not exactly the best machines (soft shocks, weird shift linkages, etc) but the Quadsport is lighter and probably faster... but then again, your wife might not want fast... I suppose its dependent on what its going to be used for. The Quadsport doesnt have racks...

Yeah, its truly a toss-up at this pint. I am going to hopefully ride both today and see what I think.
