Yeah this is a repeat auction. And its not homemade. Its made by pheonix engineering. I have one and some other members have one. And the seat is the wrong one.

it probably got changed over the years, they are only centrifical clutch type engines. Mine has a Kawisaki engine and others have briggs in 'em
