Raptor in the snow

I just found out how shitty my Raptor handles in the snow. I couldnt keep the thing straight or take a turn faster then 1st gear. Can anyone recomend a good snow tire thats not too expensive, just enough to get me through the winter. My trx300ex handled way faster and better in the snow and that things a 1993 and thats my girlfriends quad to ride also. I dont want her to be blowing past me on the trail up north this winter its just not right :wondering

my friends banshee sucked in the snow, but he boguht some huge tires for the back, sits funny but he can get threw the snow pretty good, but i dont know if it would help you turning at all

The 01 we have at work really sucks in the snow, the arse end is racin yea the whole time. My warrior was awesome in snow, it threw a pretty good roost.

I put a set of mud lites on my warrior. I haven't tried it in the snow yet. I think that's the mission tomorrow.

Try putting chains on your tires, or studding them..that will help GREATLY..
