Should tell him to swap it out for the 600 tripple.....You can build them up to 285hp.....

Not the 600 triples. The 800,900, and 1000 triples you can build to around 285hp. He has a 1000 cat motor he was building, but not sure if he's going to use it for that sled or get another.

800 twins are no heavier then a 700. My sister has an 02 zr 800efi and has no weight issues with it in any types of trails.

AirManCam where were you riding in Wells. Lanzie's on the lake is in Mayfield. Come down this winter and check it out.

Hey Six Stroke!
It's a great sled for what I want it for. Every option like reverse, e-start, 2-up seat, etc.
I'm not a big sled head, in fact truth be known I don't really like the things but it gets me out in winter more then I would otherwise and the kids love to come along. I'd never buy a new snowmobile that's just nuts! They must have the worse resale in the entire powersports industry. I have a friend selling his '04 RX-1 (otherwise known as an RX-one ton) after this season so I'm hoping to pick it up.

Here's another of the VMax

and another from Nov. 18 of this year.

Nice sleds everyone. Winter looks to be here in full force now and guess what, I just traded mine off. I don't get to get out with the Wife very often during the warm weather (no babysitting) but in the winter, got somebody to watch the kids and me and Mom can head out. That is the reason I got rid of it. Too small for both of us to fit COMFORTABLY. We have been out on it, but it is a bit cramped and underpowered for long rides. Anyway, I got a nice 01 CR250 for it. Looking into convertig it to a 3 wheeler, or selling it next spring. (or trading for a nice X or R)

Heres 2 sleds i built this summer with my brother. The black one was his and is a 99 ZL440 liquid with many powdercoated parts, high bars, polished tunnel, sno-pro rear suspension. Its one hell of a fun sled to dub on especially with the SnoPro rear suspension. Takes moguls like a champ! The green firecat is my sled and was built from the ground up by myslef. Everything on it is powdercoated. the entire rear suspension is powdercoated black, 1.75 inch Attack 20 track, Crosslink Rear suspension. blacked out front suspension, 8 inch riser, stripped decals, polished tunnel, and the kicker is the 800 pro mod motor. its the same motor that was used in the pro open class for the last 3 years. Speedwerx built 789cc's butting out roughly 180hp. :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:

Gotta love the pics with the neighbors house in the background, they are
Oh yeah if anyone is looking for a new sled the black one is for sale 3500 miles, $2500 takes it.
