So did anyone get their hands on one of these? I see they are no longer availible in the stores now and people are paying $1000 on ebay.:crazy: I seen a preview of the games at K-Mart and the graphics are unreal!!

I got the chance to play one of the demos at the mall the other day (some war game) and I've got to say thegrafics are stupid good. very realistic, but not worth $1000 to me, I'll wait till the price drops but will definatly own one.

A grand is crazy. They're $400 for the full 360 package with the hard drive at Target.

Who would be stupid enough to pay $1000 for this over hyped up box?? I would rather get a computer with a good graphics card for that price. I can get a decent lap top even. $7000?! That makes me want to go slap someone's momma upside the head for raising such a stupid kid. I have seen it and I don't think its worth even the $300. The games are not original and the graphics aren't all THAT great. Now, you can wait for ever for the price to go down like the ps2 (which hasn't even after all this time) but it wont because there are stupid people who will continue to pay the price as when it was released. Its just a fad. What ever happened to tickle me elmo? Mothers fought tooth and nail for this damn thing and who remembers it now? NOBODY. Will people pay $1000 for a doll now? no.:crazy:

I played one tonight, it was NBA 2006 or something. I didnt think the graphics were anything too amazing.
But I dont know, maybe they are good compared to other ones, I dont really like video games too much.

If you know anything about computers and the graphics they have been pumping out in the last few years you wouldn't be impressed by the 360 graphics. I've had Call of Duty 2 since before the 360 came out and my computer runs it at a higher resolution then the 360 is capable of. Granted the 360 supports progressive scan HDTV up to 720P resolution but that's just the average for computer gamers. I've run Doom 3, Half Life 2, F.E.A.R., and Call of Duty 2 at or above that resolution on my computer, and guess what...my graphics card cost $250.00 added to the computer I already own. Only reason to get a 360 would be for Halo 3 like the someone said already, but I'll hold out for MGS4 on PS3.

Half life 2 is an awesome game. Got it last year for christmas. My computer was too slow though so it was choppy. I had to delete it :cry:

I know the feeling. I used to play I-76 on a 133mhz and it was choppy and missed parts of the intermission movies sometimes not to mention the psychadelic colors it came up with sometimes. New processor fixed that. I wonder what I did with that game. I wish someone made more games like that one. That one is fun. This laptop won't play the newest game I got: 'sniper' because the video card doesn't pass muster. I knew I shouldnt have been cheap but NOOO :lol: a couple of hundred dollars sealed the deal. Well, at least I will be able to play it on my computer at home.

By Feb. you might be able to get one. Who knows really. One of my friends dad bought him one the day after they came out for $700 on EBAY. It'll be nice to play on the 3 big screens they have in their basement...all hooked up where each screen can show the same things.
