Hey if you go to www.ATVTraderOnline.com do a search under 1987 honda in Michigan there is what the guy is claiming is a 87' 250R 3 wheeler for $1000 it has his number and all, I'm not a R guy but if it's a true 87' than this could be a find............

I'll believe it when I see it. It wouldn't be the first mislabeled 250R.

it says it has a Dg exhaust so unless its custom made to fit there is no way it is an '87

Welll we dont exactly know that. For the most part the frame and palstic design on the 85-87's are the same (From the brochure pictures anyways). I'd say the chance of an 85-86 pipe fitting are real good.

LOL its been busy for the last half hour. I highly doubt its an 87 anyway but I will try again later if no one else has posted any results.

These '87 ATC250R findings always end with similar results. Either the bike was mistakenly advertised as an '87, or it is an '87, but a TRX250R, or the owner thinks it's an '87 because that's what he was told when he bought it. I'll believe it when I see it, and then I want to see it twice!

ya people don't know what they have when it say's it right on it. I just bought 2 350x's today the guy swore standing right next to them they were 84's even after I told them they never made a 84. turn's out I look and they were 85's so don't go buy what anyone say's go by what you can prove.
