Look like Maier shrouds for a 87 200x? Notic how the mounting holes have been drilled in a different place then the mold has them going.

I listed those for my friend, he got all brand new plastic. They came off of his 350x. Are they not 350x shrouds? He has an after market plastic tank on his bike and the rest of his plastic he said was maier. I just thought the holes were like that because of the tank. Anyways, if i listed these wrong please let me know so i can fix the auction. I don't want to sell something listed as something else. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Yeah they look like 200X shrouds. You can see the reinforced area were the bolt holes should have put drilled (to keep from cracking or pulling thru).. Hmm not sure really.

Well i talked to him and he said they were Maier shrouds. He said he thought they were 350x but they could be 200x. He also said Maier never fits quite right thats why the holes are like they are. They fit on his 350x so if anyone has some info to add to this, please do. I also revised the listing.

ok i did some research,deathman is correct.these are maier super scoops for 83-85 200x.some one has cut and shaved these down to fit a clark aftermarket gas tank on his 350x.so all wondering is over.i have emailed the high ebay bidders and revised the auction stating these were altered.thanks for catching this guys. i dont want to screw some poor ebayer over.now i am just wondering,should i end the auction now?,cuz sometimes people dont read descriptions well after editing,and some people dont read their emails.:eek:
