I'm sorry, but you can't wear the tires down 55% in 40 hours without hammering on it. Or it could be the machine has a lot more time on it.
Now I am not saying it's a Bad machine. It does look sweet, but the things he says about it don't add up. At least not in my book.

Agreed the rear tires look like they have seen more than the 40 hour work week. It is clean not sure about the little ole lady story, is it me or does the front fender have holes on the side where the fender extender use to be?

tHAT front fender is a holy moley, missing the baffle from hte muffler, tires are shot, rusted alot more than 40 hours worth and not even a years worth of riding. I told him he should rewrite that or he is gonna get some rich guy with alot of money that just reads it and bids and comes to pick it up and pukes on the guy.

guy, I have been doing this a long time. I make a living taking these appart and selling them in parts. check my feedback...
as far as the rivits in the front fender, YOU can see them plain as day. As far as the amount of hours, no, I think the amount in the auction is corect. lie It stated it was used on gravel. And anyone who knows that, knows that gravel eats up atv tires as fast as asfault.
If your not happy with the way I described my items, move on. No harm done. or, I can block you from bidding on my items if need be.
BY THE WAY, the simple fact that you are asking for a # amount for an isntant sale is a violation of eBay's conditions.......

Thanks

This guy is funny!! If he makes a living doing this he would have to average of 600 + profit per part to average 30 grand a year profit before taxes from when he started doing it. What a tool

hold it... are yo contradicting yourself? you got mme confused like a muslim at the jewish pass over table... all i know is a pipe dont rust liek that without seeing water alot... good ole rattle can pipes dont get rusted like that from little gravel here and some water... its clean i believe it as the ole barn tale but mayb the farmer rode it alittle more then yah claim... my parents have a 300 acre farm in illinois and when we lived back there doing a complete circle on that property with a trx500 rancher took a good 3 hours if you stoped and checked everything out.. insured fenches.... stuff like that... now counting on doing that 2 times a day plug little runs back and forth to the house or barn... fillin her up stuff like that... i would then say yah its tires will wear from that... iam not baggin on yah but thats my opinion... and hard packed gravel roads do rip up the tires...

what gets me is why would you buy a race/sport trike that is louder than a utility trike, gets less fuel milaege, doesnt have anywhere to place racks, and completely useless for farm work?

I'm honestly thinkin that the reason the grab bar is gone is cuz someone dumped it over backwards, scraped the grab bar, scared themselves and parked it. just my thoughts.

i think his second post is an email he recieved from the seller. i bought an 85 250r that 200xman has right now that was an awesome find it has been sitting for 3-4 years in a garage. but the plastic we wasted. the guy i got it from traded a 200x for it from some guy who had a few of them. so i figure he took the plastic off another machine then trade it away the seat was mint, it still had the stock sprocket too. we added fresh gas a few kicks it started right up, 200xman had me sell it to him before we got home!!!!! :D now that was a good find. add some plastic and clean it up he could almost triple what he paid me.

plus i doubt that bike wasnt fixed up some before the auction. looks too good to be sitting in a barn for 21 years the tire would be shot for one thing. at least say that say you added other tires because of the dry rot then i would believe a little otherwise i say he is full of it.

31 bids and only 5 have made a purchase on ebay before.4 different bidders have feedback all the rest are people with no feedback. Thats an awful lot of new ebayers bidding on it in the first day. Looks like someone running the price up. All the new bidders signed up on the 23, 22 and 8th of january. Except for bradkx250 who has made 2 3 wheeler purchases and never paid for either 1.

they must live on a HUGE farm that is all pavement!!! Why would you buy a 250r to on a farm? It was honda's most espensive ATC!!! A big red or 200x or maybe a 350x, but a 250r???? And 55% of the tires worn down from 40hrs of riding, like I said they're whole farm must have been asphalt!!! Plus, if it was stored in a barn, 1 year after it was bought till the present, how did the tank fade? with only 1 year of sunligh exposure, if it was kept outside, which is highly unlikely since it was a brand new expensive machine! This crap just dosn't add up to me, I agree with howdy...........

gravel eats tread as much as pavement huh? yeah Bull *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited*.That never raced part bothers me. See i think the guys son was a little speed crazy and liked to test the powerband on corners with his buddies. I can just picture him saying "hey guys you thought that powerslide was cool, just watch this." Dady just never found out about it.

10 miles take the tired down 55% ahahaha sure. His son must have snuck it around the barn and did a 10min. burn out in the gravel. LOL, Wtf are those rivits abouts....plastics are in great shape, but with 15 rivites in the front fender.....

Covered up with a tarp...in a barn and it's faded?? 20 + years in a barn and the mice didn't eat the air filter?? No dry rot ?? I've been in the snowmobile salvage business for 20 + years (Yamaha SRX,Rupp Nitro/Magnum,Chaparral SSX,Speedway) and every 20+ year old sled I found in a barn, buried under the thickets, left 4 dead.....had a ton of rot, fade and mice evidence all over it. Several newbie bidders?? Oldest trick in the E-Bay book.....get your buddies to sign up and bump the bids (shill bidding).   The BS meter just pegged.

What i find it interesting is that all of the people listed below joined E-bay within the last week and are now bidding this item up, and isn't it interesting how they all couldnt come up with a unique user name? As if they were in a hurry making up a new E-Bay account......HMMMMMM......

Am i alone on thinking this?

JUST ANOTHER AUCTION FOR A TRIKE WITH ALOT OF SHILL BIDDING. I WOULD BET THAT THEY ARE RELATED THIS 250R BARN GUY who I think is delerious from all the cow crap he ate out of his majic barn and mindy-mart. At this point I would jester that this trike is gonna have to be relisted cause he is gonna mess it up for himself
