Help w/ Douglas wheel... ASAP!

I got my wheel today. Problem is they sent it COD for the total amount. I already payed for the total cost of the wheel when I ordered it!(minus shipping) I called them up and they said this has happened before and I should pay for the total amount and they will send me a check for the difference.

What should I do????

A) Pay for the whole thing again and hope they send me a check?

B) Refuse the package and send it back, hoping they'll resend it?

C) Move up the chain of command at Douglas for a different resolution?

Talk to someone higher up, and then have them credit your card isntead of sending a check.

I didn't pay with a card to begin with. I had to mail in a custom order form, couldn't do it over the phone, so I sent a money order. So I can't really credit my card that I never used with them.

If you give them a card # (If you trust them to credit instead of charging it, haha) I believe they can credit it even though you did not use it to place the order. I'm not positive though.
