I could also use some advice on this too. Here is the problem. about once a day my friend keeps getting offers outside ebay for the swingarm. 1 of which was completely off the high end of the scale. It already says in the auction that I will not end the auction early. But when my friend told the Person that made the offer this he basicaly called us ########. Now here is the my feeling on the situation. That is to block the person from bidding . I feel that acting civil is more important reguardless of how much moneyy this guy has. What do you guys think. Does this stuff happen all the time to you guys. And am I blowing this completely out of proportion. I just dont like being talked down to just because we are trying to comply with the rules we put into the auction.

I would block him from bidding, and I would also report him to ebay. Ebay takes these sort of emails serious and they DO suspend people for sending them. I know because I report every email like this and I have noticed about 1/2 of them are no longer registered. I know one was removed because he threatened the seller and a few other bidders.
