Same here. I've been keeping that solid workout going for years. I got a full months worth today at the car show.

Now, gentlemen.

I say, no "workout" is complete without a massage and a sauna bath afterward. Am I right? :lol: :lol: :lol: Maybe we could combine them all to take place simultaneously in about an hour. You know, for those of us with tight schedules.

I think we are on to something here.

I know I try to get my workout every day. That 10 min gets me tired by the time I'm done.
