Best way to get the polish off?

Hey folks,
I was polishing my PWK carb for my Z with my dremel, then left it for a while and the polish that was left in all the nooks n crannys has kinda hardend, anyone have any ideas how to get it all out with out takin the shine off? i have the carb completly apart, i was thinkin just soak it in hot water and let it dry off? shouldnt hurt it, its aluminum....any thoughts?

Yep, soapy water and a anything cotton....q-tip or very soft cloth. Get pics as soon as you can. We wanna see it!

Allright, i ended up just Soakin it in hot water and used my bratty brothers tooth brush to get it all out....Ill have to do an update on the whole project soon enough...thanks.
