Well today is my birthday and I am playing hookie from work! This past weekend I flew to Akron Ohio (sorry Adam) to meet a guy from NY with this 2002 Nissan Frontier truck. Its in super nice shape and the guy is a Master Nissan Tech, so I got tons (and I mean tons!) of OEM parts for spares. I have been wanting a smaller truck to get around town, instead of my huge F250 diesel (still keeping it as tow rig) and was able to pay cash for this one, so no NOTE hehe.

Well after a 7 hrs worth of flying, and 13 hrs of driving I made it home late late sat night. I am very happy with my new ride and it can fit one trike in the bed with the tail gate down to.

Looks like a nice truck, I saw them testing a truck just like that on TRUCKS the other day, it did pretty good too.

is there room in there for a normal sized guy? I'm 6 ft 2 and 260# and I like everything about my truck except the 17 mpg. 4wd dodge cab n a half is beating me outa 75 bucks a week for gas-o-fuel
nice looking truck and happy B-day!

The only thing on those trucks that isn't american made is the engine and rear end. The rest of the truck is built in america, by americans. Unlike the big 3, who are now sending "american" vehicles to be made in mexico. I almost forgot, nice truck. I bought a nissan titan and I really like it. Try and keep your foot out of the accelerator, they like to go fast.

Man, people riding hondas, yamahas and kawisakis giving a guy a hard time for buying a japanese truck, go figure. I wouldn't buy another new GM product. I got screwed over by GM with that nice orange anitfreeze and my 8 year old truck died with less than 73,000 miles on it. The 150,000 mile anti-freeze, dexcool, ate the gaskets out of the engine and it died.

Thats because 2, 3, and 4 wheelers are A LOT different from a full-size vehicle...

dex-cool does not eat gaskets. the plastic intake gaskets on older gm models are junk.

I like the f250 in the background.
