Tools for Trikefest???

I wanted to start this thread so anyone wanting any Motion Pro tools at trikefest can shoot me a p.m. I can get any tools starting with part number 08-...... You can go to www.motionpro.com and find the part you need and send me a p.m. with the part number and I'll let ya know a price. I will be selling the tools at a very good discount to all 3wheelerworld members.

Also feel free to let me know of any other tools (motion pro or Mac) that you think would be helpful to bring. I am bringing the Mac truck so I'll have plenty of room.

Rangerover is also planning on bringing plenty of goodies too so feel free to post up on some trike parts and such you would like him to bring as well.

Glad to hear your new business is doing so well. We lost our Mac truck about a year ago and the year before that he didn't have any tools to speak of. I sure hope we get a new one soon.

Are you up for the task?? It only takes one person to step up and your area will have one. I always see guys around my area from a route that has no Mac tools distributor and they all say we need a Mac guy. I ask them if they want to be a distributor and they all say hell no. Now think about this... if every person in your area wants a mac guy and nobody wants to do it, what are the chances you'll ever get one? If you are willing to take that step p.m. me and I'll get you in touch with someone.

Allready have one set aside for ya buddy. I hav'nt put the shrounds on the bike yet. But it will be done for the rumble in two weeks and I'll leave them on till T.F. without re-doing them.

How do your prices compare to a dealership employee discount? Right now I am looking to order the superlight 4 way t-6 axel tool. I am also shopping around for a 28mm + size socket set for doing steering stem bolts.

I have talked to the Snap on guy a coupel times in the last year. He works a bunch of hours, he says he works 12 hours a day 7 days a week. That would bother me, I work a bunch of hours during the week but I don't do weekends.

What all does this involve, seadoo? And how much does it cost to get started up? My parents have been looking for a good business to get going for the last few years, and we haven't been able to find anything. Let me know and I'll convey the message to them.

I also looked in to strap-on. Did not like alot of the ways they do business. It is more of a franchise based operation. They have too much control over you. If you want info on strap-on I'll give ya my old distributors number. Oh yea, by the way he is no longer a strap-on distributor....He is one of my customers.:lol:

I only work Mon- Fri. on the route. I put in 10-12 hrs. a day. I do also put in a little bit of time on the weekends. But not enough to keep me from doing personal stuff. And the best part is I gave 0dollars to Mac to get started.

Now lets get back to gettin you guys some tools for TF.:w00t:

I'm starting to place orders for some tools I'm bringing. C'mon I need to know what else to bring with me. I don't want to get a bunch of tools in I don't need. From the looks of it I can get fuel line and fuel line parts too. (clamps, t-valves). 08-0001 through 08-0389, 11-0007 through 11-0041, 12-0000 through 12-0045 and alot other part numbers. Just post up a number and I'll bring it. And like I said before, prices are less than on the website and no shipping. Also any other Mac tools stuff.

They look ok. But with them being so shiney and new small scratches show up easy. Just like new plastic.

Dale... Do you have a part number for the plastic welder??? Is it from Motion Pro or MAc?

Howdy... I can get Standard clear fuel line in 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8. It says it is sold in 25' rolls but I'm not sure. The price says $8-$20.

Also in premuin in black, clear ro grey. 3/16, 1/4 and 5/16. $30-$60 for 25' roll.

I can also break it down by the foot if needed.
