maier plastic no holes?

went to put on my new plastic and the front fender has no holes or the rubber things..:wondering ...any suggestions on how to drill them and what size..

also do i need to pull the old rubbers off my old fender?

yeah, i was suprised when i pulled out my NOS maier fenders for my 200x. the holes need to be a little bigger than the base of a DR8ES-L spark plug (the part right above the washer).
i used the biggest bit that would fit in the drill (1/2") and then used a dremel to cut the rest out. you need to take the rubbers out just dont break them.
