yea that sucks. but I dont think its as bad as the one thats on there now that I seen in chaska MN.it is a 87 200x that was still in the(factory crate) untill like 2005 I belive.then they took it out to drive it around for 1 mile and park it now and sell it. Im so mad I dont know were to start. there is just too many things wrong w/this all together. still in the crate!!! some collector would have payed top $$$ for that. I bet just a guess at $10,000+ what do you think?

For starters its got a rigid front end on it. Looks like its from a 110/125M. It looks like someones "B astard" that just wouldn't die, so they half-assed everything on it as a joke. I imagine they probably trashed the thing so badly that the front end was pretzeled up and they bolted on those forks instead of a replacement set of P3's. They probably thought that it would be impossible to find another set or P3's and didn't know that a set of 225DX's would bolt in to the trees. I've never seen a rigid front end end coupled to a soft tail - that thing must be a bear to ride, especially with that rake.

Wrong front end, wrong rear fenders, wrong seat, no gas tank ( very critical as they are hard to find ), messed up exhaust, no front rack, no rear rack, ect.
I have to ask myself this: If they have destroyed the chassis so bad, what have they done to the tranny, motor, rear end, ect. The only good news is that if someone buys it I may have some spare parts ( no gas tank though ).

I still think that the possibility for other things to be jury rigged is there. He does mention the rear brake stuff is missing. The brake cable alone cost $65+ from Polaris. The caliper, Tank, tank emblems, and most other stuff has been discontinued as well.
If he has the gas tank in fair to good condition, then it might be a good deal for someone close to it. I know I am NOT interested in it at all ( and I collect these ).

I agree 100%. I know I now have a few extra parts and more coming. I do need to get the one machine ( we bought for parts ) converted to a trike. If each person let me know what they need I will make a private page on my home account and send you a link. This would allow each person to know exactly what the others need without too many PM's.
