I wonder why he tried to run? We had an incident several years ago downtown were a kid in a car drug a policeman and the policeman managed to shot the kid. I think both of these incidents were unfortnate for all parties involved. If you are not doing anything wrong and even if you are- its not worth your life to run. The police are forced to make split second decisions that may cost someone their life. Please don't make them make that decision with your life.
