Thought some of you might find this useful. I modified it from a generic automobile bill of sale (got rid of the parts you don't need for a trike). Beats having to hand write them all the time.

Never tried. Why would you want it in pdf though? Wouldn't you lose the ability to type in the boxes?

Right click on the link and use "save as". That should work.
